These terms govern your use of dealstake.io, operated by DealStake, Inc. ("DealStake", "we", "us"), and your participation in our text messaging program. By using this site or opting in to the program, you agree to them.
Use of this site
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, probe or test it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or submit information that is false or that you are not authorized to provide.
SMS program terms
The DealStake SMS program carries conversational messages related to business funding requests. Messages come from +1 (818) 869-8071. You can join by completing the opt-in form on our SMS program page or by texting that number first, in which case we reply to your inquiry.
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply; charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one final message confirming the opt-out and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@dealstake.io. To join you must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you provide.

This site and the messaging program are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer of financing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealStake, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the messaging program.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
