This policy describes how DealStake, Inc. ("DealStake", "we", "us") collects and uses information on dealstake.io and in connection with our text messaging program. If you have any questions, email us at support@dealstake.io.

Information we collect

We collect the information you submit on this site, such as your phone number when you opt in to our SMS program. When you opt in, we also keep a record of your consent: the time of your submission, the disclosure text you agreed to, your IP address, and your browser information. If you text our business number, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages. Like most websites, our servers also keep routine technical logs.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the messaging program, respond to your inquiries, keep the records of consent that messaging regulations require, and comply with the law. We do not use it for anything else.

Text messaging and your mobile information

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors and service providers that deliver text messages on our behalf.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run this website and deliver our messages, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep opt-in and opt-out records for as long as messaging regulations require, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

You can leave the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. To ask about or request deletion of information we hold about you, email support@dealstake.io.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
