Sub-processors.
The short version
- These are the categories of companies that process data for DealStake on behalf of its customers, what each category does and where it operates.
- The named list, with each provider's legal entity, category and location, is available to every customer in Settings, Legal, and on request.
- A new provider outside the artificial intelligence category is announced to workspace owners at least thirty days before it handles customer data, with fourteen days to object. Artificial intelligence providers can change as we maintain quality and cost; workspace owners are told after the change.
- Every provider is bound by written terms to process customer data only for DealStake and never to sell or share it.
This page is a reading aid for Section 4 and Schedule 2 of the Data Processing Terms, which govern sub-processors.

Every provider in these categories is bound by written contract to process customer data only on DealStake's behalf, for the purposes in the Data Processing Terms, and never to sell or share it.
2. The Named List
The current list of providers, with the legal entity, category and processing location of each, is available to every customer in the workspace under Settings, Legal, and from support@dealstake.io on request.
3. Changes
A new provider in a category other than artificial intelligence services is announced to workspace owners, by email or within the service, at least thirty days before it first processes customer data. A provider in the artificial intelligence services category may be added or replaced to maintain the quality, availability or cost of the service; the named list is updated and workspace owners are told promptly after the change. Section 4 of the Data Processing Terms states the customer's right to object. Questions: support@dealstake.io.
